Where are my images stored?

In your encrypted, account-isolated storage. Only you can read your conversations. We never use your uploads for model training.

Can it read non-English packaging?

Yes, the agent handles 30+ languages out of the box, and falls back to OCR when the vision model can't read the label directly.

Does it remember past chats?

When you sign in, yes. Ingestics intelligently recalls relevant context from earlier conversations to give you better, more personal answers.

How accurate are the health ratings?

Ratings are computed from the ingredient list, nutrition panel and live web research. They are guidance, not medical certainty, always read your doctor's advice for serious decisions.
